This service provides a software design document for a business application before implementation begins. It helps clients organise their operational requirements into a clear technical structure, reducing uncertainty around the proposed functionality and development scope. The service is intended for businesses considering a new internal tool, workflow application or other custom software solution.

The package covers one application concept, up to 5 functional modules and a basic process flow. The document outlines module responsibilities, expected inputs and outputs, user interactions and preliminary data requirements. It does not include production-ready interface assets, source code, database deployment or a complete technical architecture for a large-scale system.

Deliverables: The client receives a digital PDF design specification and a supporting workflow diagram in PDF or PNG format. The documentation includes a module summary, functional outline, key assumptions and implementation recommendations. Delivery is normally completed within 4–7 business days after the project requirements are agreed.
