Booking Information

Consultation Booking Terms

Please read these terms before arranging a consultation with us. They explain how to request an appointment, what happens after you get in touch, and what to expect if your plans change.

1. Booking in Advance

Consultation requests must be made at least one full day before the proposed appointment. We do not accept bookings for the same day, even if a time appears to be available.

Sending a request does not automatically secure an appointment. We will review the details and confirm whether we can accommodate your preferred date and time. Please wait for our confirmation before treating the consultation as booked.

2. Making a Request

When you contact us, please explain what you need help with, the main points you would like to discuss, and your preferred appointment time. This helps us decide whether the consultation is suitable and how best to prepare.

If we need more information before confirming, we may contact you with a few follow-up questions. An appointment may need to be rescheduled if the details provided are incomplete or the requested time is unavailable.

3. Confirmation and Changes

Once we have reviewed your request, we will contact you through our official communication channels to confirm the appointment details. The confirmation will set out the agreed date, time, consultation format, scope and any relevant preparation.

If you need to change an appointment, please let us know as early as possible. We will do our best to arrange another suitable time, subject to availability. Any revised appointment must be confirmed by us.

If we need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, we will contact you and, where possible, offer an alternative time.

4. Payment Arrangements

Payment arrangements are confirmed after we have reviewed your consultation requirements. Before you commit to a paid consultation, we will explain the applicable fee, what is included and when payment is due.

We do not take online payments through this website. Once the consultation details have been agreed, payment instructions and any further booking arrangements will be sent through our official communication channels.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the agreed service and your requirements. Please follow the payment instructions provided for your booking. Your appointment is considered confirmed only when we have explicitly confirmed it; where advance payment is required, we may also need to receive payment before the appointment is finalised.

If a fee, payment deadline or other payment condition has not been clearly communicated, please contact us before making a payment.

5. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you can no longer attend, please tell us as soon as you can. If you would like to rearrange, we will check our availability and confirm a new time where possible.

If you miss the appointment or arrive too late for the consultation to go ahead properly, we may need to arrange a new session. Whether a fee can be refunded or transferred will depend on the payment terms communicated to you before the booking was confirmed and any rights you have under applicable law.

We will not treat a request as non-refundable simply because it has been made. Any applicable cancellation charge or refund restriction must be communicated before you agree to the booking.

6. Preparing for Your Consultation

Please provide accurate information relevant to the matters you want to discuss. If documents, examples or background information are needed, we will let you know in advance where reasonably possible.

The quality and usefulness of a consultation may depend on the information available at the time. If important details are missing, we may be unable to address every question during the agreed session, and additional work may need to be discussed separately.

7. Scope of the Consultation

A consultation covers the matters agreed before the appointment. It is intended to provide discussion, guidance and recommendations based on the information you share and the scope of the session.

Any additional research, development, implementation, documentation or ongoing support is outside the consultation unless it has been specifically included in the agreed service. We will discuss the scope and any additional fee with you before proceeding with extra work.

Recommendations are provided in good faith, using the information available at the time. They are not a promise that a particular commercial, technical or operational result will be achieved.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for checking that the appointment details are correct, attending at the agreed time and ensuring that any information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Please only share material you are entitled to provide. You should remove passwords, access keys and other confidential credentials from any documents unless sharing them is strictly necessary and has been agreed through an appropriate method.

9. Important Disclaimer

We take reasonable care when preparing for and carrying out consultations. However, advice and recommendations are based on the information supplied by you, the agreed scope of work and the circumstances known at the time. We cannot guarantee that every issue will be identified or that following a recommendation will produce a particular result.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, a consultation does not constitute a guarantee of project delivery, business performance, software compatibility, uninterrupted operation or suitability for a purpose that has not been discussed with us.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to act on the information provided, checking that any proposed approach meets your needs, and obtaining any specialist advice required for your circumstances. Where work involves third-party platforms, services, software or systems, their availability, policies and performance may be outside our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you, decisions made without considering the agreed scope, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Availability and Unforeseen Circumstances

Appointment times depend on our workload and the nature of the request. We will make reasonable efforts to keep confirmed appointments, but unexpected technical issues, illness or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.

If something prevents the consultation from going ahead, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss a suitable alternative. Any payment already made will be handled in line with the agreed payment terms and applicable law.

11. Information You Provide

We use the details you provide to assess your request, arrange and deliver the consultation, communicate with you and handle related administration. Please provide only information relevant to the service you are requesting.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please contact us if you have questions about how your information is used.

12. Applicable Terms

These terms should be read alongside any written proposal, quotation or service agreement provided for your consultation. If a specific written agreement sets out different arrangements for a particular booking, that agreement will apply to the extent of the difference.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

13. Questions About Your Booking

If anything about the appointment, fee or agreed scope is unclear, please get in touch before confirming. We would rather clarify the details in advance than leave you unsure about what to expect.
