Description

This service integrates one third-party application programming interface (API) with an agreed business application. It is intended for businesses that need to exchange data between compatible systems, retrieve information from an external service or automate a limited part of an existing workflow. The integration scope is confirmed before implementation begins.

The package covers one API endpoint or a closely related endpoint group, basic authentication configuration, field mapping and standard error handling. Testing includes a defined set of successful requests and common failure scenarios using an approved test environment where available. Third-party subscription charges, extensive data transformation, complex multi-system integrations and custom API development are excluded.

Deliverables: The client receives the implemented integration within the agreed environment, a digital configuration summary, an API field-mapping document in PDF format and a test report. Credentials and secret keys are handled separately through an agreed secure method rather than embedded in the documentation. Delivery is generally scheduled within 4–7 business days after API documentation and access are provided.
